天津市蓋爾發(fā)金屬制品有限公司始建于一九九五年，是股份責(zé)任公司，注冊(cè)資金8600萬元，注冊(cè)地點(diǎn)為北辰區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)總公司內(nèi)，是天津市線材制品行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)理事單位。巴志強(qiáng)先生任董事長兼總經(jīng)理。本公司現(xiàn)占地面積約21000m2,建筑面積為11000m2,現(xiàn)有職工150人，全公司管理人員均為工程技術(shù)人員。 </p>
<p class="style2"> 自建廠之初我們便確立了“厚德博愛、攜手共進(jìn)”的辦廠宗旨，一直不懈地追求著“出行業(yè)精品，創(chuàng)知名品牌”的目標(biāo)，發(fā)奮圖強(qiáng)，循序漸進(jìn)，使我公司的產(chǎn)品在國內(nèi)外市場均獲得了較高的知名度和良好的信譽(yù)。 </p>
<p class="style2"> 我公司有嚴(yán)密的質(zhì)量保證體系，早在1998年已通過GB/T19001—2008—ISO9001:2008質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證。此外，我公司參與制訂了國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 20492—2006《鋅—5%鋁—混合稀土合金鍍層鋼絲、鋼絞線》、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)YB/T 4221—2010《機(jī)編鋼絲網(wǎng)用鍍層鋼絲》。 </p>
<p class="style2"> 我公司主要產(chǎn)品為鍍鋅鋼絞線、鍍鋅鋼絲、鋅—10%鋁—稀土合金鍍層鋼絲及鋼絞線、厚鍍層（600g/m2 、架空導(dǎo)線用鍍鋅鋼線（鋼芯鋁絞線用鍍鋅鋼絲）、鎧裝電纜及機(jī)編網(wǎng)用鍍鋅低碳鋼絲等。2011年產(chǎn)量1.8萬噸，銷售額超1.48億元，出口產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)匯1000余萬美元。 </p>
<p class="style2"> 本公司生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和相關(guān)國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定，并可按用戶需求的協(xié)議標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)特需產(chǎn)品。 為滿足不斷增長的市場需求，近年來我公司投入大量資金，依靠自己的力量，自行設(shè)計(jì)、建造了具有目前國際先進(jìn)水平的，采用全新工藝，可以生產(chǎn)大盤重、厚鍍層、鋅—10%鋁—稀土合金鍍層產(chǎn)品的新型生產(chǎn)線。該生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)的高端鍍層產(chǎn)品滿足了國內(nèi)外高端用戶的需求，同時(shí)也填補(bǔ)了國內(nèi)產(chǎn)品的空白。目前客戶遍布世界四十多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)。</p>
